I like how you made him stand out a little with the border behind him. Might have worked even more effectively with a bit of his head over top of the border too!

Knowing that trees for me a like an "achilles heel", this is freakin good! A lot of people can't use dithering,but looks like you did a pretty good job here.

This just looks really artistic! You could probably draw something very similar in vectors for prints.
I can see the beginnings of a wall feature here!

Lots of colour and detail in some of this art! Really like the character on the left! well drawn!
Just one thing which makes everything just seem a little off; there is no shadows under the characters :P
The character in the shadows in in shadow, and has her own shadow, and even the lanterns and windows in the background have shadows as well, so a little shadow under the characters won't hurt :)

Must've been a mistake that I added a line shadow under these characters instead of circular shadows on the characters in background. Thanks for the tip!

I think MrClan means bigger than 64x64 :)
Your pixel art here is amazing. The texture on the rocks, the palette used, but it does seem crammed into such a small space. If you made it slightly larger, which I realise means more work, the piece might have more story and atmosphere. And besides, who wouldn't want to see more of a picture if the pixel art is this good? haha
